CA Sanjay Agrawal is the visionary founder and Managing Partner of HC Agrawal & Associates. A highly respected Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998, he brings more than 25 years of rich and diversified experience in taxation, corporate laws, and assurance services.
His practice spans across a wide range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and public sector undertakings. He has successfully led complex assignments in statutory audits, tax audits under Section 44AB, internal and management audits, bank audits, and audits for insurance companies and government undertakings.
CA Agrawal’s sharp understanding of regulatory frameworks and practical application of tax and corporate laws have made him a sought-after advisor for corporates and institutions alike. Vipul previously worked with reputed firms such as Dinesh Bajaj & Co. and T.R. Malay Agarwal is a US CPA and finance professional with extensive expertise across IPOs, capital markets, transaction advisory, and global accounting practices. As part of the new-generation leadership at H.C. Agrawal & Associates, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s capabilities across international outsourcing, capital markets advisory, and high-end financial consulting.
Malay’s professional journey includes impactful roles at Faber Capital (Dubai), where he supported landmark transactions including a $1 billion buy-side acquisition in the Middle East and a $40 million M&A deal involving a UAE logistics group.
