CA Sanjay Agrawal is the visionary founder and Managing Partner of HC Agrawal & Associates. A highly respected Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998, he brings more than 25 years of rich and diversified experience in taxation, corporate laws, and assurance services.
His practice spans across a wide range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and public sector undertakings. He has successfully led complex assignments in statutory audits, tax audits under Section 44AB, internal and management audits, bank audits, and audits for insurance companies and government undertakings.
CA Agrawal's sharp understanding of regulatory frameworks and practical application of tax and corporate laws have made him a sought-after advisor for corporates and institutions alike. Over the years, he has built deep-rooted relationships with clients, acting not only as a compliance expert but also as a trusted strategic advisor.
Beyond his technical prowess, CA Agrawal is a stalwart in the professional community. He has been actively associated with the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICAI, having served as Convenor and Joint Convenor of several study circles. He has organized and spoken at numerous high impact seminars and workshops on taxation, audit reforms, and emerging business regulations. Anjali Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (May 2011)
Her professional experience includes:
She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since May 2011.Has experience in the field of taxation, corporate laws and statutory audit, Tax Audit U/s. 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, internal audit, bank audits and various other kinds of audits.
She has been actively engaged in Preparation of Financial Statement as per Indian GAAP,Working on SAP (FICO Module) & Preparation of MIS reports.

CPA Malay Agarwal
Malay Agarwal is an experienced professional at HC Agrawal & Associates with expertise in IPOs, capital raises, and M&A transactions. A CPA and CFA Level 1, he holds a B.Com (Honors) and a PGD in Accounting & Finance. Previously, Malay was an analyst at Faber Capital, supporting major deals like a $1 billion buy-side acquisition in the Middle East and a $40 million M&A deal for a UAE based logistics company. His career spans roles at Ernst & Young and T.R. Chadha & Co., showcasing his strength in due diligence, strategic advisory, and delivering value in complex financial environments.
